Project Updates
08/09/10: Correspondence recieved from City Planning that the approval letter for the deck has been prepared and forwarded to the Supervisor for signature.
08/02/10: Authorization to proceed on the framing diagrams for the new playroom above the garage has been recieved. Proposal request from David Lau the original structural engineer has been requested. It has been forwarded to the Client for approval.
07/21/10: Plans sent to structural engineer for proposal.
07/21/10: Angela from City Planning emailed a request for the type of fence we will be using in the front yard as per the requested height revision for walk streets. Wood will be used.
07/19/10: First draft of plans prepared for the roof dormer project.
07/18/10: Structural engineer proposal sent to SJD and forwarded to Client for review and approval.
07/14/10: Client authorized SJD to prepare framing details for roof and dormer revision.
07/12/10: Angela from City Planning called and told us to disregard the Public Works letter and fee.
07/08/10: Letter from Public Works requesting a site visit and fee in the amount of $6,000 to investigate new deck. Call by SJD to City Planning to clarify.
06/10/10: Project (Deck with A/C unit) submitted to City Planning for review and approval.
